ECS IT Project Services has developed a suite of flexible managed IT project resource services to help our clients meet project objectives, mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve the overall delivery of IT projects. With a team of specialist IT project consultants we offer solutions ranging from simple, traditional peripheral deployment to a complete IT infrastructure implementation from resource only projects to complete outsourced project managed delivery. The varying projects see us providing all levels of Engineers from MCP Certified through to CCIE Network Engineers.
The successful candidate will be responsible to review new site requests, obtain required approval, procure/ co-ordinate procurement of systems/devices and setup the same at site. In this role associate will also be responsible for decommissioning of the sites where projects are completed. Associate should also maintain an asset inventory of reusable devices/systems from the decommissioned sites for implementation in new sites. Associate should have a driving license and a vehicle to travel to sites.
· Project Coordination
o Gathering the infrastructure requirements for new locations
o High level project plan with feasibility check and budgeting
o Go/No Go decision to setup the new project office
o Obtain budget approval
o Engage with procurement team and other stakeholders
o Work with tools team to Integrate the systems into existing on target monitoring and management system and extending the Operations supports
o Initiating Vendor contract termination, decommissioning of IT Assets and shutting down the Operations for the project office

· Technical Expertise
o Setting up physical System, Connectivity and Data components
o Install/troubleshoot operating systems
o Install/troubleshoot Enterprise applications
o Basic understanding of networking
o Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple vendors and stakeholders
Location: Oslo, Norway
Rate: 300 Euros per day
Duration: 6 – 12 Months
