The PLM Services Team, part of Group Product Development, plays a key role in establishing the SKF Vision “To Equip the world with SKF Knowledge”, by supporting the SKF Business Community in the management of the Technical Information in the Innovation Processes in the best way. The team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of the overall PLM strategy in SKF. The team is organized in different Centers of Competence. Each Center of Competence focuses on one of the product areas in SKF. PLM Services is also responsible for the management of Global Projects within the PLM area. Program Manager PLM Services
The Program Manager PLM Services will be responsible for the planning and execution of Global Projects in the area of PLM.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will be, but not limited:
• Planning and execution of (multiyear) projects with a global interdiciplinar team of 5 to 20 team members and budget owner
• Coaching of (junior) project leaders
• Leading development and implementation of solutions related to PLM and PPM
• Development and Management of governance structure for the Program Office within PLM Services

 

Program Manager PLM Services Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
• You have a Mechanical Engineering background or IT background with good knowledge of the Mechanical Business Environment. Experience in a mass production company is a plus
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
• You have a good knowledge of PLM concepts
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You can deal with uncertanties
• You are an influencer
• You have the skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
• You have very good communication skills and command of English (Being able to communicate in other languages, like French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus)
• You are willing to travel internationally

Location
The location is Nieuwegein (Netherlands). The function reports to the Director PLM & Standards.
