•Assist in the preparation of Heavy Marine Transport Operations (HMT), perform studies for the preparation of Transport and Installation (T&I) and Logistical Management (LM) projects
•Answer enquiries through collection, analysis and use of all necessary information that is needed for a successful acquisitions process or project
•Follow Department related processes and procedures
•Assist in the development and improvement of Marine Engineering methods, tools and equipment
•Provide engineering advice and support to other disciplines as well as external parties, using industry standard and in-house developed hydrodynamics software
•Offer (un)requested advice to ensure a safe and successful project execution
•Performing assigned research, sharing this knowledge with colleagues and develop, prepare and maintain engineering tools for future use
•Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the business processes within the section
Requirements:
•Master degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture or Offshore Technology
•At least 2 years of relevant working experience•Specific knowledge about offshore and ship hydromechanics
•Preferably experienced with MATLAB, AQWA, Safetrans, WAMIT, MOSES, MCS Flexcom or equivalent

•Fluent in Dutch (preferably) and English, written and spoken
