The Controller Product Costing is responsible for the worldwide reporting, analysis and forecast of cost of goods / cost prices within ASML.
Job Description
The focus in this position is on creating correct product costing in SAP in accordance with GAAP, generating and reviewing sector reports, providing effective financial analysis and reports and ensuring control in the Operations area.
The position combines high level accounting, analysis, reporting as well as operational activities.
Responsible for the execution of:
- Cost of Goods reporting and analysis on ASML's cost of goods roadmaps.
- Set and execute the costing strategy and ensure accuracy of cost prices and accounting worldwide.
- Align costing strategy in various (worldwide) operations departments.
- Maintain and set the proper SAP structure enabling a solid cost build up process.•
- Provide proactive support and information to controllers in the applicable sectors;•
- Execute and document internal controls for the applicable processes;•
- Participate in and drive improvement initiatives to enable (finance) process optimization transactional efficiency and standardization of reporting;•
- Proactively seeking for continuous improvements and optimization in the execution of own and team activities, by improving efficiency and quality and implementing best practices for Product Costing related processes.
Context of the position The Controller Product Costing reports to the Financial Controller Procure to Pay/Product Costing and Senior Manager Financial Control Operations & Sourcing.

Experience
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in finance in an international environment;
- SAP experience is preferred and affinity with reporting (BI) tools.
