Candidate must be able to oversee the whole collaboration landscape (SharePoint, Lync, Search, Yammer, cloud, Office 365, etc), and know the roadmap of Microsoft. You must possess good developer skills.

The Software Engineer SharePoint: •
As senior developer, not only manages external developers but is also able to develop when the situation demands it. For this reason, you must have good developer skills.• must be able to define and execute search improvements to both Enterprise search and People Search on SharePoint 2013• Determines SharePoint architectural choices and how they fit in the collaboration landscape• Is able to explain a technical solution in normal language to management and customers• Executes proof-of-concepts to test new innovation• Defines coding standards• Understands what the limitations of SharePoint are; advise on standard versus customization
Context of the position
The Competence Center (CC) Collaboration is part of the CC Corporate Support and executes cross sectorial projects with a complex IT component in the area of Collaboration. These projects generally have a high business visibility. It is responsible for both creating collaboration services and implementing solutions on these services. It is also responsible for the adoption of collaboration tooling across ASML via its Productivity Office.The Software Engineer SharePoint reports to the Sr. Manager Collaboration.
A Bachelors or a Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience•
7+ Years of relevant working experience in the Microsoft domain and 5+ years in SharePoint, of which at least one year with SP2013 and three years with SP• Experience with SharePoint 2013 Search• Experience with Office 365 and cloud is a pre• Shown track record in delivering SharePoint consulting, solutions, and architecture.
Personal skills
As you will be working in a small team, you are expected to have strong communication skills, be proactive, analytical, a team player, result oriented, and pragmatic. You also possess planning and prioritization skills have a positive continuous improvement attitude. Candidate should be fluent in English and preferably in Dutch.
