As (Senior) CS Capacity Planner you secure customer support resources so ASML can deliver on it's business objectives and the objectives of our customers:
• enabling high yield production with the existing ASML installed base
• enabling the future building on our aggressive technology roadmap
Job Description
As (Senior) CS Capacity Planner you:
• support development and maintenance of planning standards (blueprints) in close cooperation with our New Product Introduction (NPI) group and the CS field organization.
• drive resource efficiency and effectiveness by developing and implementing resource planning tactics and strategies ensuring CS has the right people in the right place at the right time.
• initiate business improvements building on your operational insights supported by fact based analysis of the way we use our resources.
• lead and support improvement initiatives both in CS as well as x-sector.
• continuously push our manpower planning and allocation to the next level, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making

University degree in (technical) business administration or business economics.
Experience
• At least five years of experience in business planning/engineering in a complex international environment;
• Hands-on experience with implementing and improving capacity management processes and tools, preferably in a B2B Customer Service environment;
• Knowledge and extensive experience with SAP, modeling software e.g. AIMS and/or leading APS solution(s) and MS office tools;
• Lithography system maintenance operations pre;

ASML's Customer Support sector ensures that ASML's customers are supported efficiently by providing knowledge and technical services through on-site personnel in 7 global zones (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, China, US, Europe) and undertaking specialist engineering work at customers. Capacity Management secures world-wide resourcing of the global Customer Support organisation. Regionally, a team of zone-planners takes care of workforce planning, functionally led by a group leader (based in Veldhoven).
The Sr. Business Engineer will report to the manager CS Capacity Management. He/she will interface with the zone-planners, site and zone managers within CS worldwide, NPI and IBL program and project management as well as sales, marketing and F&A colleagues.
