Donkervoort Automobielen is a completely independent company with no outside investors, making it exceptional within the automotive industry. Joop Donkervoort personally manages the company, which employs around 30 people.

The wealth of experience Donkervoort Automobielen has amassed in the development and processing of carbon fibre as an ultra-light, exceptionally strong material suitable for various technical applications has, above all, led to many of our own innovations, which are now fully utilised in the production of our sports cars. We established the Donkervoort design and engineering department as a means of sharing our expertise and know-how with third parties.

Allround (Service & Maintenance) Mechanic/Assembler Job Description

This spring of 2014 Donkervoort Automobiles B.V. will expand with a brand new subsidiary on the Bilster Berg Drive Resort in Bad Driburg, Germany.
This Donkervoort subsidiary will execute a number of activities. Next to service and maintenance we will offer (technical-)support and development during the many track days at the Bilster Berg race track. At the same time (damage)-repairs will also be conducted on this new location. In the long term, the (end)-assembly for the Donkervoort D8 GTO’s, destined for the German market, will be executed at the BilsterBerg location as well. Donkervoort Automobielen GmbH is therefore looking for an Allround (Service & Maintenance) Mechanic/ Assembler, who can assist us in the above mentioned activities.

Salary in accordance to the collective agreement for the metal industry.

Allround (Service & Maintenance) Mechanic/Assembler Job Requirements

Education and training:

• degree in (auto-technical) vocational training

• you have experience as an automotive mechanic, professional as well as hobby-based
• you have a strong interest in automobiles
• you have interest in technique and innovation
• you are social and enjoy working with your colleagues
• you are able to work independently as well as in a team
• you speak German (and preferably English)
• you are available fulltime
• you are in possession of a drivers licence
