Donkervoort Automobielen is a completely independent company with no outside investors, making it exceptional within the automotive industry. Joop Donkervoort personally manages the company, which employs around 30 people.

Composite Employee Job Description

Thanks to the arrival of the D8 GT and D8 GTO, both equipped with a lot of carbon / composite components, the Composite Division has become one of the most important and fastest developing departments at Donkervoort in a short time. Donkervoort Automobielen is looking for additional support of this department in a Composite Employee who, after an intensive internal training, will independently produce high quality carbon and kevlar parts using composite prepreg techniques. Independently performing vacuum furnace processes and techniques is also part of this. In addition, the Composite Employee will participate in the development of ultra-light construction and naturally contribute to achieving the production objectives of the department. We are looking for a new colleague with a hands-on approach and experience in processing or production of polyester (carbon composite materials is a plus).

Composite Employee Job Requirements

Education and training:

• Vocational training in the field of technology / materials science or equivalent
• Any specialization in the direction of composites is a strong plus

• You are interested in (F1 Composite) technology and innovation
• You have a strong automotive interest
• You have some experience with composite (polyester, kevlar, carbon) materials
• You’re full time available
• You are motivated and a go-getter
