BUS HVAC Engineering Group Leader Job Description

In the role of BUS HVAC Engineering Group Leader you have the following responsibilities.

• Lead a small group (3) of bus HVAC engineers.
• Responsible for the successful execution of the application engineering and validation projects on bus HVAC systems with our European customers (Bus and Chassis manufacturing companies).
• Maintain project overview, monitor progress, coach the engineers and indicate the direction to go.
• Interface to main stakeholder’s being customer engineering contacts and product development engineers at DENSO Japan.
• Timely share and report project progress, obstacles, analyses and proposed actions.
• Identify market trends, benchmark competitors and initiate new product developments.
• Closely cooperate with DENSO Japan HQ for new product developments.
• Create short and midterm action plans.
• Work in a small enthusiastic team in an international B2B environment.

BUS HVAC Engineering Group Leader Job Requirements

• HBO / University Automotive technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience in comparable automotive B2B function.
• People management skills to lead a small group of engineers.
• Strong analytical skills with multiple viewpoint consideration.
• Planning & visualization competences.
• Pro-active, engagement with accountability, professional and quality oriented.
• Affinity with commercial aspects.
• Ability to create a network at customer and DENSO colleagues.
