MS Dynamics NAV Specialist Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supportrole:

• Support and train key- users and end-users with daily use;
• Act as 2e line helpdesk;
• Support with implementation of changes and releases;
• Maintenance of RDLC reports.

• Participate in the implementation of NAV 2013 within the Ammeraal Beltech Group, in combination with other applications:
  * Execute training;
  * Execute data-migrations;
  * Organization of the different modules and SV’s in NAV databases within the diverse OTAP environments;
  * Ensure proper coordination with the other application specialists (eg. Microsoft CRM, BI, SharePoint, BizTalk, e-Con).
• Support the end-user organization with the definition and specifications of the functional requirements;
• Specify solutions and technical and functional design in coordination with external partners;
• Testing of custom made solutions and the overall testing of the application;
• Building reports.

MS Dynamics NAV Specialist Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of NAV, preferable with NAV 2009 and 2013;
• Knowledge of and experience with writing RDLC reports in NAV;
• Knowledge of and experience with GAC and To-Increase modules/ISV’s is a preference (below the complete list of ISV’s);
• MBO/HBO level;
• (basic) ITIL knowledge is a preference;
• Knowledge and experience in network technologies like TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls etc.;
• Able to link business processes and IT solutions;
• Self-sufficient, able to prioritize and work under pressure;
• Attention to detail and an eye for cultural differences;
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
• Able to communicate on every level (‘from boardroom to end-user’)
• Fluent English & Dutch, other languages a bonus;
• Flexible in approach and prepared to work outside normal working hours if required;
• Prepared to travel internationally;
• Driver license B is a requirement.
