UX/UI Designer Job Description

You are the expert in the field of user experience and design within our company. You are responsible for both the interaction and graphical design of our platform. In addition, you perform usability tests with our users. The results of your work are therefore essential to further develop the platform in joint effort with the software developers in our Scrum team.

UX/UI Designer Job Requirements

You are a good fit to our team if you:

• have a bachelor or master degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communication and Multimedia Design, or a similar field of study
• are interested in working at a startup
• are creative, ambitious, precise and curious
• speak English or Dutch fluently 

• at least 1 year experience in making responsive designs
• at least 1 year experience in performing usability tests
• experience with working in a Scrum team
• worked at a startup before
