Software Designer Job Description

• You are responsible for designing and implementing software modules for heading test elaborations and/or machine modules.
• You incorporate your software module in test setups and/or machine prototype, your task is to produce an active solution.
• You assist your colleagues using your software module in their applications for the implementation of experiments in the test setups.
• You research new technologies to be used to implement new software functionalities.

Software Designer Job Requirements

• You have a degree in HBO (Bachelor) or WO (Master) technical data processing or a technical study (i.e. electrical engineering, physics) with the emphasis on data processing.
• You are result - and customer focused and are good at setting priorities. Also, you are a systematic and accurate worker with an analytical attitude. You are a team player who has a considerable amount of perseverance.
• It is a plus if you have experience in cross platform environments (Windows/Linux), have knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Design, or design patterns, C++ and Python.
• It is a plus if you have practical experience with measuring equipment for trouble shooting of your software module on indicator level.
