Customer Service Job Description

What are the main responsibilities:

• To process customer quotations and orders and ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers.
• To provide delivery commitment to customers and follow up on order activity in order to alert customer and sales staff in case of discrepancies.
• To receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, product,… through an efficient, prompt and friendly communication in order to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• To establish key communication link between customer and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance,..) in order to keep all involved parties aware of customer activities.
• To receive and process all incoming and outgoing customer communications and monitor an accurate sales system & archive in order to facilitate immediate retrieval.
   

Customer Service Job Requirements

What does Donaldson require:

• You have a higher education with administrative and/or commercial orientation.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in administration/customer Service.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office packages. Knowledge of E1 is an asset.
• You are fluent in English (mother tongue level)
