Sr Quality Manager (MSc)
Job Description
Flawless execution and roll-out of the quality projects. As a Sr Quality Manager, you will support management of the on-going quality program, manage quality improvement, monthly reporting on project progress, monthly reporting of quality KPIs, identify improvement projects, contribute to quality strategy development, consulting on process development, roll-out of process projects in a technical environment.
Education
Technical University Degree (MSc). Additional education in Business Administration is a plus.
Experience
For this job opening the overall needed experience is at least 5 years relevant work experience, at least 10 years overall work experience, extensive quality assurance experience, broad and proven quality knowledge and quality assurance management skills, experience with quality assurance and process work, experience with the change management needed to achieve durable change, experience with process development and consulting skills, preferably have already some previous experience working with big complex high tech companies.
Personal skills
Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills, leadership (provide direction, motivate, convince), result driven and self-starter, accurate, systematic and analytical in approach, fluent in English in speech and in writing.
