Senior Mechanical Engineer Static and Rotating Equipment Job Description

Our client is an international, multidisciplinary consultancy firm, which over the years has been specializing in the on-site and in-house engineering of multidisciplinary projects form conceptual design to the validation. Main focus of the company is the Process Industry, Energy and the Oil & Gas sector. For several positions within this company we are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer.   As a lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for independently designing industrial installations, producing equipment specifications and creating budgets for new projects. You are responsible for all projects being delivered to the client within the demands for quality, time, budget, safety and specifications. You will be working on multidisciplinary projects and therefore you will be working together with colleagues from all different departments.

Senior Mechanical Engineer Static and Rotating Equipment Job Requirements

Requirements
 

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 10 years work experience as an engineer, with at least 3 years in a lead position;
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, like compressors and complex pump systems, as well as static equipment like storage tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessels;
• Creative and problem-solving mind-set;
• Customer-oriented, communicative and flexible.
