As a Networking Engineer, you will be working in the Technical Customer Care Department division in technical support team. Your objective will be to provide network technical support to the customer.

Networking Engineers - Barcelona Job Requirements

We are recruiting the following profiles:

Networking Specialist Engineer

This person will be responsible for supporting project development, as well as daily customer communication and platform management. Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper and other networking technologies, and at least 6 years of experience is required.

Infrastructure Development Engineer

This person will be responsible for supporting project development as well as daily customer infrastructure incident resolution. Knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint Firewall administration, Storage equipment administration, VMWare and at least 5 years of experience is required.

Network Lead Engineer

Fluent in English and second European language mandatory: DUTCH, GERMAN and FRENCH This person will be responsible for end to end support 24x7 to specific customer solutions. Excellent knowledge of Transmission, IP, VOIP or switched voice and experience of 1 year required.

Service Desk Network Engineer

This person will be responsible for providing first level support to technical services under the guidance of technical lead engineers. Excellent knowledge of Windows Server/Active Directory or Microsoft Exchange Servers and experience of 1-3 years of systems support required.
