• Accountable for positive leadership of local services team - including direction setting, coaching, driving recognition and career development to support retention 
• Full responsibility for Service budget of respective markets, including planning and controlling 
• Achievement of defined Service business metrics, operational and financial targets (turnover, CM, costs) 
• Interface primarily with assigned external customers for all matters concerning new parts, specific sales opportunities and total support, ensuring that both customer and GE objectives are met 
• Assure customers satisfaction and push to improve customer satisfaction/solutions focusing on productivity, cost control and on-time delivery when necessary 
• Foster strong long term customer relationships through establishing solid relationship and surpassing customer expectations on service delivery/performance 
• Drive and coordinate collective efforts for GE DP Jenbacher Services (parts packages, upgrades & CSA, MSA and maintenance packages) in country 
• Cooperate with local Suppliers and Headquarter to identify and support growth strategies 
• Drive change initiatives as required to improve efficiency and execute on business commitments 
• Build up the service business and operations, also growth aligned to the year plans 
• Assist to capture new opportunities by serving as a strategic partner for Sales New Units and Service Sales

Qualifications/Requirements

• Electrical/electronic/mechanical University degree and background 
• Proven Commercial Experience in growing a Service/Equipment Business in matrix, complex organizaztions 
• Demonstrated leadership skills in comparable role in Italy and abroad 
• Ability to interface and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
• Relevant industry experience and good market knowledge, preferably in Services and in gas, coogeneration market 
• Highly developed skill & expertise in customer interaction, negotiation & pro-active issue resolution 
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, energize & manage on-sight and remote teams 
• Fluent in oral and written English & Italian 
• High Integrity and compliance focus in everyday activities 
• Willingness and availability to moderate T&L 
• EU Work Permit
