Process Engineer Job Description

You are responsible for selecting analyzers, designing and/or modify sample conditioning systems, and the E & I installation specifically for the oil and gas market so that the desired result is delivered within the frameworks of budget, time and specification.

You calculate and design these systems, often placed in a hazardous area, on the basis of process data, customer and analyzer specifications herein and are jointly responsible for:

• Selecting the correct measurement principles for achieving the proper accuracy and proper zoning for ATEX certification.
• Creating or reviewing E & I block diagrams and loop diagrams.
• Making dew point and lag time calculations.
• Designing P & IDs, layout and selecting instrumentation systems.
• Drawing up specifications to be able to orde equipment for analysis.
• Conducting inspections at suppliers at both in the Netherlands as well as abroad.
• Think about solutions for specific system solutions.

You will work with various departments such as E & I, Mechanical and Automation in pinpointing and sharing of information in order to jointly arrange for a technical design in accordance with the project specifications.

Process Engineer Job Requirements

• You have completed a Bachelor (HTS) training, technique or process measurement & control.
• You master the Dutch and English language very well in both spoken and written.
• You also have good analytical skills, you are a good team player and you're resourceful.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.
• Finally, I have to travel in possession of a driving license and willing to stay and, if necessary, on business abroad
