The Role

Working in our Wirelss team in s'Hertogenbosch, you will: 

• Supervise DECT/Cat-IQ/ULE software stack architecture and implementations and derive architectural strategy. 
• Technically supervise Software aspects of DECT/CAT-iq/ULE Customer Projects 
• Impose Dialog Software Development (7-phase system) and Housekeeping rules on Natalie/Athena software 
• Lead Software feasibility phases for customer projects 
• Lead Software feasibility & specification for new IC development 
• Build up Dialog DECT/CAT-iq/ULE software knowledge base

What we are looking for

You could be perfect for this particular role if you have: 

Essential 

• 10+ years deep working experience in Embedded Software Development. 
• Experience in architectural specification and API definition 
• Deep knowledge / experience in DECT (CAT-iq) SW development. 
• Very good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Human relations skills are important to convince customers, project members, dialog management and shows enough assertiveness to alert superiors/colleagues 
• Colleagues and customer development and coaching skills 
• Understanding of interfaces with other disciplines 
• Strive for innovation and adoption of leading edge solutions 
• Strong external focus, full awareness of competitive edge solutions 
• Competition awareness 

• Natalie SW stack knowledge/experience 
• Wireless Communications HW knowledge
