Job Summary  

The entire R&D population of 350 employees will move to a completely new R&D center in Wageningen in August this year. You are part of professional team which contains 22 R&D Specialists. As a R&D Process Technologist your duties and responsibilities amongst others will be:

• Initiating and managing project activities from laboratory up to pilot plant scale.
• Identify new developments and trends and translate them into business opportunities for FrieslandCampina.
• Supporting the implementation of results within our operating companies world wide.
• Being an expert by keeping your understanding of specific technology fields up-to-date, as well as build and maintain a network of relevant contacts.

R&D Process Technologist Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Academic degree, preferable PhD, in Process Technology/Engineering
• 2+ years’ recent experience in a relevant R&D setting
• Preferably relevant expertise with separation technology on laboratory and pilot plant scale.  
• A team player with good communication skills and a talent for keeping things in perspective;
• Decisive with a healthy dose of organizational sensitivity.
