Your challenge
The Thin Film Architect drives the innovative solutions for complex thin film applications and products. He/she initiates and defines new process flows and is technically responsible for the correct functioning of the integrated thin film process. The Thin Film Architect works with the (Senior) Development Engineers in the area of process flow design of integrated thin film applications and products for internal and external customers with the purpose of delivering a process flow to enable the processing of complex samples
Your responsibilities
The Thin Film Architect:
· Master Degree or PhD in relevant engineering or related domain
· Is seen both internally as well as externally as an authority in the thin film technological domain
· Has experience with competence development in the thin film technology area
· Has considerable knowledge about other technological disciplines
· Has significant architectural skills
· Has proven pragmatic skills. Is a solution driven and creative person
· Knowledge of ― and experience in ― the use of primary tools (DOE, SPC, Problem Solving, Teamwork, etc.)
