Job Description

• In-depth knowledge of IC design concepts in order to set up schematics according to the block and products specifications. 
• Knowledge of modeling skills principles and tools in order to develop an initial model of a block or a system (block diagram, state flow diagrams, behavioral level HDL code, verilog verilogA) 
• Able to develop test benches and to conduct block level simulations 
• In-depth knowledge of the CAD simulation tools 
• Contribute to top level mixed-mode simulations and to the final top simulation of the IC. Knowledge of the specific tools and processes to efficiently perform simulations (e.g. AMS, Spectre-Verilog …) 
• Demonstrates knowledge of advanced IC-Layout techniques (matching, backannotation, EMC, ESD,). 
• Contribute to test concept during the design phase in order to guarantee a cost effective test program with the appropriate test coverage

Job Requirements

• Master in micro-electronics with more than 5 years of related experience as designer in a micro-electronics environment 
• Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of any major European / Asian language is a strong asset 
• Working experience in integrating different cultural backgrounds 
• Working experience in International Industry 
• Working experience in Automotive Industry 
• Working experience in managing virtual teams 
• Successful track record for design of automotive projects 
• Working experience Exp w/ remote teams 
• Experience in CMOS technologies will be considered as a great advantage
