Job Duties:

We are looking for an experienced product engineer to work on 3D-IC EDA related products (DRC, LVS, Extraction and Power Analysis…) within the framework of the IRT Nano Project.

The Product Engineer will work under the lead of the Work Package Manager.

The Product Engineer will Interact on a daily basis with our largest IC design and manufacturing customer in Europe, CEA-LETI and Calibre R&D Teams to:

• define and implement required flows for specific 3D-IC EDA Flows
• define with our partners, specification for existing products extension to be communicated to diverse Calibre R&D teams
• work with the Work Package manager to define implementation flow schedules to fulfill IRT Nano targets
• work with Marketing teams to align IRT Nano feature requests with the products strategy

Product Engineer - 1381 Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• MS/PhD CS/EE or equivalent.
• Candidates for this position should have a strong background in integrated circuit design, custom or semi-custom integrated circuit layout, or physical and circuit verification (e.g. Calibre DRC/LVS/xRC).
• Practical experience implementing CAD flow solutions for integrated circuit designers and/or physical verification engineers is a must.

• Prior experience with CAD scripting languages: Perl, Tcl/Tk, Skill, Scheme, etc.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and requirements
• Ability to synthesize and formulate broad, high-level functional requirements into concrete product specifications
• Strong customer interaction and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent skills in understanding and specifying complex requirements Proficiency in English
• Able to work in a worldwide environment
