Senior Quality Specialist Job Description

As Senior Quality Specialist at Danfoss Power Electronics, your main responsibility will be to follow up on and help the organisation in identifying necessary activities to ensure achieving the ambitious quality targets. You will be working in close cooperation with the Six Sigma organisation and will help identifying new quality improvement projects.
Your key tasks will be to:
- Evaluate the quality critical activities in our key development projects and recommend on release
- Facilitate and follow up on progress on usage of new quality tools
- Help ensuring that agreed tools are used efficiently in the entire organisation
- Evaluate current activities and suggest new quality improvement projects
- Help ensuring that the agreed projects are completed efficiently
- Follow up on activities initiated to improve customer perception
The function is global and some traveling activities must be expected. However, main activities in this job will be from our office in Gråsten.
Senior Quality Specialist Job Requirements
- Quality knowledge and good communication skills
- You have a relevant Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with broad insight and practical experience with Six Sigma or TS16949. As a person you are independent, enthusiastic and positive, and you have good interpersonal skills.
- You are outgoing with strong communicative skills that enable you to have a broad contact with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Last but not least, you have solid English skills in both speech and writing.
