Due to the continued growth strategy of our Technology Business unit we have a current opening for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join our existing team in the effective delivery of Metallurgical & Structural Integrity projects. Reporting directly to the Group Leader you will be responsible for providing competitive contract winning proposals whilst managing a small team of engineers on a project by project basis. In your role you will be the technical authority for structural integrity whilst providing client organisations with sound financial and project management direction in relation to structural integrity projects. In addition, you will undertake coaching, mentoring and development of junior integrity engineers and technicians.
Ideal candidates will be qualified to degree level coupled with a professional accreditation appropriate to the business, Chartered Engineer status is preferred. You will have a number of years experience as a lead project engineer in leading, managing and developing structural integrity projects ideally in power generation, plant or process engineering. You will be an exceptional communicator with proven effectiveness in the optimisation of quality vs. time vs. cost.
