Project Manager (m/w) Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project or projects within the contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System  
• Provide tailor-made services to assist clients in developing and managing their projects  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and the design team in the delivery of a project  
• Responsible for the financial viability, on time delivery and customer liaison of a project  Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities  
• Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines within budget  
• Direct and manage product development from beginning to end  
• Direct and monitor the team  
• Coordinate all site workers including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specifications and briefs  Ensure project documents are accurate, current and stored appropriately

Project Manager (m/w) Job Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Building Studies/Architecture/Quantity Surveying/Engineering/
• Design or related disciplines or a Degree/Diploma in Construction related disciplines  
• 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial fitting out  
• Good knowledge of VOB / B and use of it  
• Strong planning, organization and leadership skills, be team and client-orientated and have some experience managing vendors and trade contractors
• Willingness to travel in Germany  
• Good command of written and spoken German and English  
• Familiar with MS Office
