The role

• Working in our Test Engineering team in Den Bosch, you will be responsible for:
• Conception and definition of innovative and efficient test strategies for our mixed-signal ICs in close collaboration with our design teams and Design for Test Department
• Design and development of both software and hardware for our state-of-the-art mixed-signal automated test systems 
• Support Design verification and silicon characterization in co-operation with design team and product engineering 
• Implementation, correlation and mass production release of a reliable test solution at our Asian subcontractors and support of mass production ramp 
• Maintenance and improvement of production test setups during product lifetime

Test Engineer - Den Bosch Job Requirements

What we are looking for At Dialog you will be successful if you are self-motivated, delivery-focused and passionate about helping us become the go-to company for integrated mixed-signal and analog differentiated power saving technologies!

You could be perfect for this particular role if you have:

• 2-5 years mix signal integration testing experience as an IC Test Engineer
• 2 to 5 years HW development experience of automatic test equipment
• Test Platform SW development experience with the following:
• C or VB, Teradyne flex, Credence, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of measurement equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.) 
• Excellent communication skills in English
• The successful candidate requires several years of experience in development of ATE test programs for analogue and mixed-signal IC‘s. 
• We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual who has experience in working with international and cross-functional teams.
