International service provider with a long history of business in Europe & the US are expanding their Irish operation and now require additional Dutch speaking Customer Support Professionals to join their team for an initial 8 month contract.
The role will involve:
Working as a member of a multinational team and providing B2B customer and technical support
Entering customer details online, resolving queries from customers
Escalating issues to the 2nd level technical support
Where necessary, making outbound calls to customers to keep them updated on their query
Participating in various projects as they arise.
Key Skills & Experience:
Fluent English & Dutch is essential
Previous experience within a phone based customer service / call centre role
Ability to work as a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PC literate
The role offers a base salary and weekly commission along with pension, life assurance, additional holiday entitlements etc.
