Team Leader Controls in Sint-Truiden
 
Job description:

• You will be coaching and supporting a team of 10 to 15 control strategy and modeling experts within the Controls Group.
• You coordinate and define the different activities within your team, according to the priorities and competences of each one of your team members.
• As Team Leader Controls of Punch Powertrain you play a major role in improving existing processes and in following the roadmap.
• You will be responsible for a good communication flow within and between the different teams.
• In your capacity of Team Leader Controls you will report to the R&D Manager of Punch Powertrain.

Team Leader Controls Job Requirements

Profile:

• You have a university degree in the field of mechatronics/electro-technics or an equivalent knowledge by experience.
• As Team Leader Controls of Punch Powertrain you have strong people management skills. Experience as a Team Leader is an asset.
• You have a thorough knowledge of and proper experience in an embedded systems environment.
• Preferably you have experience in debugging hardware/software integration problems.
• You have experience with Matlab, DSpace,…
• Your excellent communication skills and your profound knowledge of Dutch and English enable you, as Team Leader Controls of Punch Powertrain, to report both knowledge and results
• You are a perseverant person with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
