The embedded software engineer will be part of one of the software groups that are responsbile for the software of one of the functional modules of a lithographic tool. Each group has the responsiblity of making the machines a success, which means to be the world leader in terms of our client.
Job mission
In close cooperation with colleagues from software and other disciplines ( mechatronics, optics, electronics) the software engineer is part of a multi-disciplinary team. In these teams, software plays an important role for the success of our client. Since software is an integrating competency it has an essential added value for our client.
Job description
The software engineer is responsible for creating clear specifications, making efficient design choices, and to "make it happen". Customer satisfaction is the number one driver for our client, and thus for every software engineer.
Educational level
Bachelor of Master level with several years of working experience ( preferably 5-7 years). Education in embedded systems, computer science, informatics, mechatronics, engineering or comparable.
Experience
We are looking for engineers with 0-5 years of experience. Key competencies at the software department are: Unix/Linux, C, C++, UML, realtime, scripting, VxWorks.
