Unit Description
The Business Process Centre within Atradius ITS facilitates the end to end analysis on Business Processes and Applications. Within here there is deep relationship to the Application Development, Architecture and most important to the demanding business customer(s).
Job Description
• End-to-End Business Process and Requirement Analysis within projects on group level
• Consult and train on Business Process Management practices
• Addressing Process improvements based on Business Process-, Function-, Organisation-, Service- and Data-Analysis
• Execute Gap Analysis on process and application level
• Support project on process relevant questions
• Promotion, training and enhancement of the Atradius Business Process and Application Development Framework
• Maintenance of the Business Process Documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• University degree (above-average result) or comparable education or job experience
• Deep understanding of Business Models and Processes, preferable from the financial industry
• Proven experience on Business Process Engineering and underlying methods
• Sound understanding of the following Frameworks: Cobit, Zachmann, Prince 2, TIL, EssUP/RUP, Babok
• Modelling export (BPMN, UML, Zachmann) with state of the art modelling tools like ARIS, Mega or Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Expert in Requirement Elicitation, Management and Communication
• Ideally experience with Business Process Suites: e.g. Oracle BPM/SOA Suite
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
