Recruitment Process:

During the event you will be working on a range of highly challenging business cases in a number of business-related scenarios and you’ll meet with IT Professionals and Senior IT Leaders who will give you feedback on your performance. We are looking for
...people that are willing and able to make positive difference. We’ll expect you to be in the final stages of your education, planning to obtain your Master’s degree with the coming year. In terms of background, we’ll look for strong IT-skills (e.g. Business Informatics) with business acumen…or vice versa. You show a solid hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and have a drive & passion for success. Your communication and inter-personal skills are excellent, allowing you to influence and motivate senior management as well as your peers. You have an international experience or mindset and the ability to use internal and external resources to maximize the value for the company and its customers. We’ll look for excellent analytic, problem solving capabilities and strong willingness to learn. To qualify you must be fluent in English.
