Job Description Works in a multidisciplinairy team, where he/she is responsible for the thermal design at module/subsystem level
•Performs detailed thermal analysis to predict functionality
•Create performance budgets and defines clear interfaces
•Validates the functionality with experiments
•Supports the various design teams in TPD generation
Education (Technical) University MSc/PhD; Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Experimental & Modeling skills related to thermal/flow design. Background in heat and mass transfer. Experience 0-2 years, or recent graduates with potential
Must have experience: studies, internships and / or working experience on thermal / flow design, heat and mass transfer (CFD/FEM modeling, experimental).
Nice to have experience: lithography, nm Personal skills Good communicational skills, able to defend own views and speak forward. Pragmatic, problem solving and analytical attitude. Good knowledge of English.
