Within our business segment Plant & Facility we are currently looking for a: Project Manager
Within the Service Coordination department, you will be responsible for the coordination of all internal processes. Managing and coordinating of subcontractors, timely provision of required personnel and material and monitoring of project planning and budgeting for the most demanding projects. Giving direction to the project managers and supporting them in carry out their own projects. All these activities take place in close consultation with the client and in accordance with internal quality standards.
Tasks:
• Planning and coordination of project activities.
• Build up and maintain relationships with clients and other external parties.
• Monitoring the progress, quality, cash flow and budget of projects.
• Provide project information for internal processes as well as managing and coordinating these processes.
• Project evaluation and identification of potential process improvements.
• Timely, accurate and complete reporting on the planning and realization of projects.
Profile/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor engineering degree (Mechanical/Civil Engineering).
• Preferable 2-5 years of working experience in a technical/commercial function.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Independent, confident and customer-focused mindset.
• Affinity with computers and knowledge of Ms-Office package.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing). German (French/Spanish) would be an asset.
• Willingness to travel on short business trips overseas.
