Senior Project Manager Job Description

Our client is a leading engineering multinational responsible for one of the largest energy infrastructure projects in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.     Senior Project Manager     Job Description ·Prepare and issue PEP, QA / HSE Plan and Project Contract Plans at the onset of the project ·Develop and present project documentation such as agendas, project milestone documents, project charters, communication and project plans and both summary and detailed status reports ·Oversee the functional specification, requirements and/or scope of the project/program ·Maintain good communications with internal and external stakeholders ·Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all project timelines, scope and budget ·Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects ·Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately ·Provide technical and/or analytical information to the client and/or project team ·Ensure the project is on time and on- budget by coordinating and facilitating cross functional activities ·Ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all projects under his/her direction. ·Ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget ·Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects ·Lead and motivate project teams ·Prepare and present to the Client’s Executives monthly progress reports  

Senior Project Manager Job Requirements

·University Degree (B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent) ·Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and at least 2 years with other pipeline projects ·Experienced with project management practice ·Strong leadership and communication skills ·Good IT Skills and detailed working knowledge of MS Office package and PM tools
