We use AI-driven electrical waveform analysis to offer a smart predictive maintenance system that increases productivity and identifies energy savings while saving customers time and money. We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help us to achieve our ambition.
The Technical Onboarding team is a crucial part of the broader Customer Success organisation. We work relentlessly to ensure an exceptional customer journey in extracting value from our service. As Technical Onboarding Specialist you will (mostly remotely) manage the installation of our hardware at production sites of our clients around the world, providing them an excellent and smooth onboarding experience to our condition monitoring service.
You will be actively involved in the entire installation and onboarding process; from kick-off meeting and site survey to commissioning phase and training. You’ll maintain day-to-day contact with the installing party at the clients’ sites, obtaining all relevant information, developing and communicating the installation plan and ensuring progress through excellent communication and problem-solving. You will also be in close contact with our installation partners and manage those relationships. In addition, the role provides many opportunities to work with other teams within Samotics and jointly pick up projects, in this way you can orientate further and maybe even develop into your next role.
Responsibilities
You have an eye for detail and a ‘client-first’ attitude. You will be able to work in a structured and effective way, and you are getting energized by realizing a first-time-right implementation. Likewise, if you are unable to achieve this, the Technical Onboarding Specialist wants to start solving the problem at hand immediately (in close cooperation with our client and/or installation partner), using your excellent (technical) troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to guide them. You are comfortable working with both suppliers and clients, and likes to work in our fast-paced environment (where priorities can change quickly).
