Team Lead Software Development (m/f) - C++
In Research and Development we provide expert solutions for 3D realtime visualization, asset management and immersive use cases. In this position you will be leading a cross-functional software development team for our flagship product 3DEXCITE DELTAGEN, the world’s leading high-performance software that delivers a highly-realistic display of 3D visualizations with real-time interaction.


Job Responsibilities
Leading and managing a co-located team of software developers

• Leading and managing a co-located team of software developers (Germany + India)
• Managing, controlling and reporting complex software projects, ensuring assigned activities are completed within committed objectives, schedule and costs
• Conceptionally designing features out of high level requirements
• Continuously increase the productivity of our outsourcing partners
• Realization and active definition of product roadmap
• Providing technical, analytical and personal guidance, balancing workloads and coordinating the work of the team throughout the project processing
• Engaging internal teams and external partners appropriately to ensure that project goals remain on track
• Recommending measures to management with regard to schedules, prioritisation and resource allocation
• Identifying, analyzing and reporting trade-offs und risks in a timely manner

Team Lead Software Development (m/f) - C++ Job Requirements

Requirements
Degree in computer science, work experience in a comparable position, professional background in project management

• University degree in Computer Science or in a similar specialization
• At least 2 years of work expierence in a comparable position
• Profound knowledge in C++
• Preferably knowledge with 3D application concepts
• Professional background in project management and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong skills in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding team and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
