This role is within our Global Engineering & Turnaround organization and oversights responsibilities for the planning and execution of turnaround events.

As a Turnaround Scoping Coordinator at LyondellBasell you will serve as a turnaround scoping process expert. You coach, train and influence scope sponsors at sites within Europe and you are busy with Audit work activities in turnarounds to verify compliance of company standards and federal regulations. As well as in the pre-phase as the execution phase you identify opportunities and you recommend improvements to existing turnaround practices.
Your goal is to create a minimum required turnaround scope to assure an in time execution. You keep innovating and you are always open for ways to improve processes and gain more efficiency. From that perspective you will participate or lead improvement projects always keeping our number one priority in mind; safety.
This position will require business travel (20% - 25%) to sites in Europe for the preparation and assessment of turnarounds.
