Job Mission
The department of Mechanical Development Wafer Handling & Positioning is a very diverse department of mechanical and hardware engineers. The development of new stages and also wafer handlers is done by this department in collaboration with other departments for neighboring areas of expertise such as control, thermal and flow. This department has a broad mix of old and new in the modules it works on but also in the people working in it. In order to improve the wafer handling, research for new sensors is needed.
Job Description
In this assignment you will be involved in the full process from concept to implementation. Your main tasks will be:
Education
You are a Master student in Mechanical engineering with knowledge of mechatronics. Additionally, you have an affinity with optics and electronics. Furthermore, knowledge of CAD is required, knowledge of NX and precision mechanics are preferred. Thereby, you have a proactive and practical attitude with good communication skills. The English language is required, both written and verbally.
This is a graduation assignment for 5 days a week with duration of a minimum of 6 months.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
