Job Mission
Establishing, prosecuting and maintaining patent rights in the field of DUV lithography systems, as well as evaluating and reducing patent risks from a worldwide perspective.
Job Description
You will be part of the Patents DUV group which currently consists of nine Patent Attorneys and report to the Director Patents DUV. Your responsibilities include:
Education
You have a MSc degree in physics, mechanics, electrical engineering or similar technical field.
You are a qualified Dutch and/or European Patent Attorney or are in an advanced state of qualifying.
