We have activities on 3 continents, and have a high level of dynamics as every refurb or conversion is a project on its own.

b.Optimizing of Capacity Requirements Planning and operational progress tooling (sequence + daily/weekly progress update)
Job DescriptionInvestigate the as-is situation and subsequently set-up a data management tool, where we envision a “master file” where all dates (related to milestones as mentioned above) are managed. This master file is to be used as means to steer the operation/strategy. Also this should then have the functionality to act as database from where reports and/or project updates can retrieve the milestone dates/customer info a.o. We also would like to establish a protocol w.r.t. data management, as in defining a methodology to secure data integrity, identify a method to visualize changes in the master file, and a responsible/delegate process for maintenance In addition: Optimization of our current CRP tool and potentially other tooling which we currently use and/or suggestions/recommendations for new tooling. This all needs to be in line/aligned with ASML’s ONE program, which is in development for >2022.EducationBachelor student in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management.
You are pragmatic, have an open personality, are a quick learner, process thinker, able to translate complexity into user friendly and workable operations management process. You have excellent Excel/MS Office skills, and are able to program.
