Customer Supply Chain Management, part of ASML’sSCM division, is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machine deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flow to and from the factories. The main mission of SCM is to provide timely and affordable performance in terms of material availability towards our customers.
Job Description
As Machine Shipment Coordinator you ship machines and upgrades packages to our customers and local warehouses. You ensure the machines and upgrades packages will be shipped completely and on time to the correct location, oversee multiple machine shipments at once and act upon last minute chances. Main Responsibilities: Send machines and upgrades to local warehouses and customers. Report and drive critical parts towards supply chain. Solving planning irregularities of customers and factory Drive process improvement to gain efficiency/ performance.
Education
Bachelor or Master’s degree in supply chain management or industrial engineering with 2-5 years’ experience.
Experience 2-5 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy), ideally with a Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement background. Acted as a single point of contact, dealing with multiple cross-sector stakeholders at the same time and balancing needs and interests. Experience in a demanding, high-pressure environment. On top of that, experience with ASML’s complex global supply chain infrastructure is an absolute plus. Personal skills SAP knowledge is a must.
