Job Description
Support an EF staff member in driving and facilitating several operational and improvement processes. You will act as the right hand of the director regarding analyses, insights and improvements of:
-Cycle time
-Installation costs
-Quality
-Resource management In doing so you will develop yourself in High-tech Manufacturing principles, driving EUV profitability, and you will be able to look over the shoulder of a EF director.
Next to this you will also support the complete EF System Install staff.
Main high level responsibilities:
-Drive and support Install related processes by providing insights regarding cost, cycle time, quality, and resource management
-Facilitate, initiate & carry out improvement projects with regard to these drivers
Education
Bachelor / Master in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
(NL: (Technische) Bedrijfskunde)
Experience
-Min 2-5 years of practical experience
-Knowledge of production (control) processes in a highly technological environment.
-Experience with change management within production organizations
-Preference experienced with IT-systems in the area of production-control (Excel, SAP, SAP ME/ BO, Spotfire).
Personal skills
-Ambitious, enthusiastic and with a pro-active, initiating attitude
-Strong analytic capability: able to create transparency, set up structures, think in processes, work accurately
-Self-assured, capable of convincing people, also at higher management levels.

Context of the position
The Business Engineer SIE is positioned within the Business Engineering Department of the EUV Factory. The Business Engineering Specialists & Project Leads support the EUV Factory staff(s) on several topics by delivering insights & advice in order to realize EF targets. We do this by driving and facilitating processes & improvement projects.
