Job Mission
Supports the engineers by handling materials between the LDA and SWA. Ensures proper handshake (including quality check and packing) and registration with in-fab logistics (LDA) and engineers (SWA). Ensure material is physically available. Maintain the location of all material in the SWA. Actively pull material out of the FAB on request of the office. Job Description
Safety:
-Ensure Safety CBT’s and 5S.
-Ensure and monitor safety of (in)direct colleagues, follow all safety procedures and common sense.
Engineer Support:
-Move materials from the LDA to the engineers at the system (SWA).
-Ensure CSEU WOW is adhered to.
-Create MN's for material.
-Confirm materials in SMS.
-Ensure (tracking) that locally ordered materials arrives in FAB during non-planned order.
-Ensure MAPS forms (or equivalent) contain the correct information and handshake with material handling (or equivalent).
-Ensure upcoming parts & tools are physically checked & verified at the system, handshake with engineering team.
Returns:
-Request / pick-up materials at the LDA.
-Stage materials at LDA for next 24hrs.
-Collect and check incoming materials for functionality / completeness.
-Return materials to LDA.
-Collect and check materials to be returned.
-Fill out MAPS for materials return.
-Arrange movement of large parts from the Dock to the LDA or SWA (and back).
-Report missing materials to the office
Speak up and address (minor) issues immediately and appropriately with the people involved.
