Introduction
Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires state of the art teamwork by all disciplines. Smooth implementation of new and changed hardware, introduced on a daily basis, is crucial for the business. This requires an effective process, coordinating the change requests through the product life cycle and securing the efficiency and profitability of ASML’s business. A ‘product change process’ is currently being rolled out in phases, thereby also changing aspects of the ASML organization. We are looking for ways to further optimize these processes by performance management. As a CM Performance Management Change Expert your mission is:
-To understand the business needs and drivers of product change process performance
-To give the business insight in the performance of this process
-To provide input to the process improvement roadmap
-To enable users of this process to drive at peak performance.
Job Description
-Analyze the current product change process related to the business needs and drivers
-Incorporate and align cross sector stakeholders based on your expertise and work with other process experts with various backgrounds for effective and efficient improvements
-Use the soft skills to capture requirements and business demands within a business analyst role and translates those into functional and technical requirements towards the Performance Management team
-Develop and implement, together with the business, the reports and dashboards that help the organization to execute the change process optimally
-Work together with the Performance Management team using Scrum and lead (small) projects driving change process performance.
Education
MSc degree in e.g. (technical) Business administration, Supply chain management and/or Economics.
Experience
-At least 5 years of work experience
-2 years of experience in performance management and/or business analysis in similar high technology environment is preferred
-Experience with business change management
-Configuration Management certification (CMII module 1-4) is preferred.
Personal skills
-Pro-active and independent team player
-Able to plan and implement (new) initiatives and set priorities
-Self-assured change manager with the soft skills to support and direct towards better performance capable of convincing people, also at higher management levels
-Excellent interpersonal skills, work pleasantly with people with differing backgrounds and in different departmental and geographical cultures, at various hierarchical levels
-Represent the performance management team and its mission, vision and ambitions
-Strong communicator in English.
Context of the position
The CM Performance Management Change Expert is positioned in the CM Organization governed by the CM Board, with executives across sectors (Development & Engineering and Operations). You will work together with CM experts, Business Process owners and analysts, users in the business (e.g. Change Specialist, PDM, financial controller, marketing, supply chain, sourcing, and factory representative).
