Job Description
Sustaining the Project Management (PM) Training Curriculum and as such being responsible for the continuous development of Project Management competencies embedded into the PM Learning Journey
Actively seeking for feedback on the quality of the PM competence development program and driving improvement initiatives (operational, marketing and content related)
Encouraging the improvement of the examination and certification process
Supporting the development of new modular content (Agile, Lean and other relevant ASML content)
Contributing to the other initiatives in the scope of the Community & Learning Team: knowledge-sharing events: PMO Academy, PM News, PM Summer School, PM Day.
Contributing to the broader PMO Means & Methods team.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project management professional (program / project management) and affinity with organizational learning.
Personal skillsAbility to deal with a high speed of change and uncertainty
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work together with a broad range of supporting departments and key stakeholders
Ability to use creative and innovative problem diagnosis and solving techniques
Knowledge of a number of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMW, etc.) and understanding the need to adapt methodologies to the needs of different types of projects
Fluent in Dutch and English

Context of the position
Based in Veldhoven (Netherlands), the PM Competence Developer reports to the team lead Community & Learning within PMO Means & Methods. Within ASML, the Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for embedding, maintaining & improving Project Management expertise, thereby streamlining the development and engineering of ASML products. PMO Means & Methods focuses on the development, deployment and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and competencies.
