Job Description
The ASML Customer Support (CS) department is the crucial link between Development & Engineering (D&E) and customer needs. CS department is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at our customers’ sites. To provide this excellent support to the customers, all CS engineers need to be trained on the latest technologies and software. The CS Global Training Center (GTC) develops and delivers technical learning solutions through 1000’s of training events yearly worldwide for the CS engineers. The CS GTC department has training facilities in Veldhoven, Taiwan, San Diego and Korea.
As a Technical or Software Trainer/Developer you will be responsible for developing high quality technical training and / or deliver the training to the CS engineers. All the trainings will be developed and delivered based on the ADDIE phases: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. We make use of the latest and greatest learning methodologies, e.g. Virtual Classroom and Augmented Reality. Additionally, you will work with different disciplines within the company to be able to develop the training content for new products which will be released to the CS organization.

Within the ASML Global Training Center we have trainees from all over the world and we deliver and develop trainings in different locations like Taiwan, Korea, China and USA.
