You support the operations of the department. Become single point of contact for resource planning, interfacing with Customer support and the factory departments. Has the control of the training forecast and actively make sure people participate in the trainings. Are aware of the preferences of the employees and represent them in the planning. Help to steer and expose the department.

Job Description

Within Development and Engineering (D&E) Performance & Integration Operations, the business planner is responsible for the planning and alignment of the manpower of the department with Customer Support. You help with KPI data gathering and long term growth outlook of the department. Further, you support in facilitating the technical training slots for the department.
The business planner works closely with the group leaders of the department and has stakeholders within the different operations sectors (factory and customer support) and within integration.

Besides the daily/monthly activities there is also room for improvement initiatives in the department, the position, and  to manage smaller projects.

The function combines regular planning work with business engineering and project management activities.

You are going to be responsible for:  

 - Planning of the manpower for the department worldwide
 - Weekly stand-up meeting to discuss the plan for the next weeks and items ongoing in the department
 - Are the single point of contact for Customer Support EUV upgrades planning
 - Manage several smaller projects (e.g. synergy coordination with EUV Factory)
 - Help to build scenario’s for the long term scope of the department
 - Gather data for the KPI’s
 - Monthly reporting to senior management
 - Create initiatives to improve on your daily activities
 - Facilitate technical training slots for the department

Education

-Bachelor or Master of Science Experience-2-5 year work experiencePersonal skills-Organization, flexibility and capability to communicate on all levels
