IntroductionAre you an experienced project manager, with proven experience in stakeholder management and change management? Do you have affinity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps and lean six sigma projects in a non-PGP environment? Would you like to work cross-sector and/or cross-business line and bridge the gaps?
If so, this is the right role for you!Job MissionYour role is to become the Product Owner of 1 or 2 DevOps teams bridging the gap between the customer who has a long list of wishes, and the team who has to deliver successful sprints. While the team is an independent and multi-disciplinary group of people, you decide on priority of items on the backlog trying to maximize the added value to our customer. To help the team understanding your decisions, it is important to form and convey your goals and vision every sprint, keeping both customer and team happy.Within the spirit of CSI, you always aim to define and implement the appropriate structural improvements to prevent re-occurrence in the future.Job Description-To become the product owner of 1 or 2 DevOps teams who understands the customer and can translate the VoC to the team in clear blocks of work (user stories).
-Coordinate all actions to prevent re-occurrence of old failure modes.
-Ensure preventive actions are implemented and embedded structurally on product, process and organizational level. EducationBachelor or Master degree in technical / technical business area.Experience-> 5 years of experience in project management

-Knowledge and experience of ASML (products) is preferred.

AIS currently consists of 4 DevOps teams who develop IT solutions helping the business to make information out of the huge amounts of data our machines generate.Key words to this position
