Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.
The holder of this position reports to the US Central Sr. Manager. Effective interfaces with other CSCM departments and regional managers will be required.
Job Description
The Customer Supply Chain Team Lead will be responsible for executing on US Logistics tasks related to the MPS (Mature Product Support) inventory parts management, to include responsibilities for key KPI's, including stakeholder management/steering with various organizations within ASML, assigned staff management, guidance, development and serve as 1st line escalation contact.

Ensure assigned KPI’s are managed to a “green” status, which entails resolving existing backlogs as well as on-going volumes. Serve as the main contact for any MPS escalations and work to resolve issues as they are presented.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain, preferable master degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience
-Prefer 2-5 years of relevant field experience in a complex customer oriented (supply chain) environment.
-Knowledge of ASML business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry.
-Knowledge of ASML logistics procedures is preferred.
-Advanced competencies in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
